I knitted these socks for my son for use over normal socks in wellington boots. When faced with a selection of multi-coloured yarns to choose his socks from he opted for these mad brights! That's children for you. He loves them and they work just aswell for around the house socks and never cease to be a 'talking point' when seen by the public. I'd like to master socks and enjoy making more but making this pair using 4 dpn's felt abit like combining a 'French-knitting-doll' with the old fashioned board game 'Kerplunk'!
